President Donald Trump took to Twitter early Wednesday morning to defend his son over meeting with a Russian lawyer that is was claimed have information about Hillary Clinton.
President Donald Trump took to Twitter early Wednesday morning to defend his son over meeting with a Russian lawyer that is was claimed have information about Hillary Clinton.
Donald Trump Jr. Tuesday released a series of emails between himself and Robert Goldstone, a music industry PR executive, from June 2016. According to the emails Goldstone was arranging a meeting with Trump Jr and a lawyer that was willing to share "incriminating" information about Clinton.
"If it's what you say I love it," Trump Jr wrote.
President Trump on Wednesday praised his son's performance on Fox News Tuesday evening, in which Trump Jr told Sean Hannity, "In retrospect I probably would have done things a little differently."
