Trump, Clinton Win Big During Super Tuesday, But It's Not Over Yet
Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump finished strong after Super Tuesday, but the race to the nominiation isn’t over yet, according to two political reporters covering the campaigns. ‘If you’re Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio right now, there’s a decent size push among some influential conservatives to try to get them together on a ticket, maybe as a way to consolidated their votes against Trump’ said Jim Tankersley, a correspondent at the Washington Post. ‘That’s the sort of strategic pairing you might actually see a lot more pressure on in the next couple of weeks.’ Eliza Collins, a reporter at Politico, said what’s key to watch on the Democratic side is how Bernie Sanders does with minority voters and how he performs in contests in some Western states. After Super Tuesday’s results, Clinton is well ahead of Sanders in the race for delegates. TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler has details from Wall Street.
