TransCanada CEO Russ Girling tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux he was frustrated a Nebraska court ruled the Keystone XL pipeline statute as unconstitutional and says there's nothing left to review. Despite the ruling, Girling says officials will approve the route through Nebraska, which TransCanada intends to construct immediately. President Obama could hold off making a decision until after Nebraska settles the dispute, but Girling says he hopes the pipeline receives approval this year.
