Time to talk trade.
Jim Cramer weighs in on the trade talks and how investors should approach the markets.

The trade talks in Washington could likely be the last chance for significant progress to be made on a trade pact between the world's two biggest economies prior to next year's presidential elections.
So what can investors do now to protect themselves?
