  2. Oil prices fell sharply on reports that OPEC members were close to agreeing to a deal to boost output.
  3. Micron's (MU) third quarter sales rose 40% to $7.8 billion.
  4. American Outdoor Brands (AOBC) reported that sales plunged 25% in its fiscal fourth quarter and slumped 33% for the full year.
  5. U.S. stock futures fell.
