Tiffany Haddish is making Groupon (GRPN)  cool again.

The comedic actress, who has been in movies like Girls Trip and Uncle Drew, is drawing attention to the company thanks to her hilarious ads and Wall Street is noticing.

And while the stock hasn't done a whole heck of a lot recently, there are some recent talks that the company might be for sale.

Even Jim Cramer is talking about the company now and made it his "stock of the day."  He thinks its time to recognize the company as "a force that has reinvented itself."

  • Cramer recently spoke with CEO Rich Williams on his CNBC show Mad Money, so for more on that conversation, click here.

So watch the video above to see how Haddish, who recently received the BET award for best actor, got involved with the company and how her frugality (and insane sense of humor) actually is helping shareholders.
