European markets are hoping for an improvement when data on Eurozone economic confidence is released next week, according to Antonia Oprita, Sr. Editor and Columnist at Real Money. 'With all these measures that the European Central Bank has announced, the hope is that some of them may have already filtered through into confidence and that it will come back stronger,' said Oprita. Confidence slipped in February. Oprita said the markets will also focus on data on public sector net borrowing in the UK. Oprita said an increase in borrowing wouldn't be good news. Finally, a report on Eurozone banks will be released, offering insight into whether more capital needs to be raised. TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler has details from Wall Street.
