The Dow Jones Industrial Average is just 500 points away from 20,000, but one factor could put a ceiling on U.S. stocks, according to one analyst.  "I think there is an awful lot of irrational exuberance," says Michael Hewson, chief market strategist at CMC Markets, based in London. "I think the biggest concern that I have is that if the dollar continues to rise, that could act as a cap on U.S. stock markets." Hewson says he will also be watching for the Federal Reserve's language in its statement next week. Plus, aside from next week's expected rate increase, Hewson will be watching for how many rate hikes the Fed expects to make in 2017. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
