Earnings have grown 4.7% year over tear for the third quarter, Garcia says. Stripping out the insurance companies, which are grappling with hurricanes, the earnings growth rate would stand at 7.4%.
Garcia expects no major developments from Wednesday's Federal Reserve statement.
