The consumer is looking strong, according to Jim Cramer. 

Thanks to the possible postponement of the government shutdown, the consumer may have money to spare, according to Cramer. He believes that that money will not only be spent at places such as Kohl's (KSS) and Under Armour (UAA) , but also on video games.
