"Up until last week, Congressional Republicans said they are going to repeal and replace Obamacare and then do tax reform second," said TheStreet's politics writer Emily Stewart. With Trump's comments last week that a phenomenal tax announcement is coming, Stewart said Trump has given Republicans an opportunity to focus on tax reform first, and then Obamacare.
