Yoe Williams thinks there very well could be a false bottom in oil prices. West Texas Intermediate, the U.S. benchmark for oil, traded at over $47 on Wednesday.
While Yoe Wiliams isn't expecting a major move lower, he thinks oil could move back to the $40 range.
