Theranos Reportedly Withdraws Application for Zika Virus Test
Another setback for Theranos, which has reportedly halted an FDA application for a new Zika virus test.
Theranos withdrew its request for emergency approval from the FDA of a Zika virus blood test. According to the Wall Street Journal, federal regulators determined the company didn't include proper patient safeguards in a a study. TheStreet's Jim Cramer reacted by saying the company is 'snakebit.'
