The world's highest-paid YouTuber, PewDiePie, used a racial epithet during a live stream of Firewatch, a first-person mystery adventure.
Sean Vanaman, co-founder of the studio that makes the game, said, "I am sick of this child getting more and more chances to make money off of what we make."
The 27-year-old from Sweden was recently dropped by Disney over allegations of antisemitism.
PewDiePie has over 57 million subscribers on YouTube (GOOGL) - Get Report and more than 12 million followers on Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report . With billions of views per month, he is reported to have earned more than $15 million through YouTube in 2016.
