The Six Financial Stocks You Should Add to Your Portfolio in 2015

FBR Capital Markets just released its list of the top six financial stocks to have in your portfolio this year. FBR analysts rate Bank of America OUTPERFORM, estimating tangible book value at $15.52 at the end of 2015, which they believe should provide good downside support to the share price. They also like BofI Holdings for its differentiated banking model. Shares of upscale home builder Century Communities may have fallen nearly 19% in 2014, but FBR analysts believe that's just made it cheaper to buy. They call it their 'top idea for 2015' given the company's favorable valuation and leverage to improving volumes. Plus, FBR analysts believe HomeStreet's moves to diversify its revenue stream is setting itself up for more stable revenue and thus a higher multiple from investors.
