A Federal Reserve rate hike is widely expected Wednesday, which may push the Dow Jones Industrial Average over 20,000, according to Steve Blitz, an economist and Real Money contributor. The blue chip index is only 0.4% away from 20,000. When the Fed hiked rates in December 2015, the Dow wrapped up the trading session up 1.3%. Blitz said an interest rate increase is an endorsement of the strength of the economy. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
