The Federal Reserve Is in a Tough Situation, Jim Cramer Says
What TheStreet's Jim Cramer expects from the Federal Reserve on Wednesday.
As the Federal Reserve is set to raise interest rates on Wednesday, TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said the central bank is in a tough situation, amid lackluster retail sales, peak autos and some tepid housing data.
"[The Fed has] to articulate why we have to get back to normal," Cramer said.
