The FCC Takes on Net Neutrality, A Record Holiday Season and Record Year for L Brands

Today the FCC takes on the controversial issue of Net Neutrality. Some industries have fought hard to defeat it, others believe it will give people equal access to the internet. L Brands had a record holiday season and a record year. However, the parent company of Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works had an outlook that was below Wall Street's expectations. CEO Leslie Wexner said in November that L Brands may expand. We'll find out more about that when the company holds a conference call with analysts later today. Options trading in JCPenney has been active and traders are betting the retailer's stock will move by 10 percent after it reports earnings today.
