Following the initial rush on January 1st, the business at marijuana dispensaries in Colorado appears to be leveling-off. Patient's Choice of Colorado's Brianne Bartz says the outlets typically see about 300 customers a day, that's down from the first day push of 600 customers. But, Bartz believes spring break tourism may increase the numbers again. One of the biggest challenges that remains is the regulatory environment and meeting all the requirements. TheStreet's Debra Borchardt reports from Wall Street.
