General Motors (GM) - Get Report was upgraded by Guggenheim on Monday, amid bullishness on the company's self-driving car efforts. TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said the autonomous car is happening much faster than people realize.
In a few years, he expects people to consider autonomous cars safer than non-autonomous cars.
