Tesla Reportedly Reaches an Agreement to Build a Factory in Shanghai

Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report has reportedly reached an agreement to build a factory in Shanghai.
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported the electric car company will build a manufacturing plant in the city's free trade zone.
Tesla previously confirmed that it was in talks with the government in Shanghai to build a plant.
The factory would form part of the company's plan to establish plants in local markets.
China is currently the world's largest market for automobiles.
