8 people died and several injured as an Uzbekistani man drove a rented truck onto a bike path along the West side of Manhattan. Papers were found in the truck pledging loyalty to ISIS. Miles of the West Side Highway were closed Wednesday morning, which is a major thoroughfare for Wall Street workers to get to their offices.

Tax Reform Will Have To Wait:

Social Media companies, Google (GOOGL) - Get Report , Facebook (FB) - Get Report and Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report will head back to Capitol Hill today to face more questions on Russian ads. They are under pressure to respond to demands by lawmakers that they follow the same regulations on political ads as advertisers in newspapers, radio and TV, which have to disclose who paid for the ads.
