Tech Companies Set to Launch a Coalition to Support Dreamers
A report claims nearly two dozen tech companies are planning to form the group
A report from Reuters claims that nearly two dozen technology companies are planning to form a group, called the Coalition for the American Dream, which will demand Congress pass legislation that will allow Dreamers to continue working in the U.S.
Documents seen by the news organization revealed that Google (GOOGL) - Get Report , Microsoft (MSFT) - Get Report and Facebook (FB) - Get Report are among the companies that will work together to lobby politicians.
Intel spokesman Will Moss said, "We're pleased to join with other organizations in urging Congress to pass legislation to protect Dreamers."
