Former Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski will be freed from prison next week. Law professor Catherine Neal, author of 'Taking Down The Lion', explains why she believes Kozlowski should never have been convicted in the first place. Neal says Kozlowski, who was being trumpeted as the next Jack Welch, was guilty of mismanagement as opposed to corporate malfeasance. In her view, Kozlowski was a victim of the collapse of the tech bubble as well as the implosion of Enron.
