T-Mobile Sees Record iPhone Preorders
Shares of Apple were higher Tuesday after T-Mobile said that preorders for the tech giant's iPhone 7 this weekend were the highest the wireless carrier has ever experienced.
Shares of Apple (AAPL) - Get Report were higher Tuesday after T-Mobile (TMUS) - Get Report said that preorders for the tech giant's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus this weekend were the highest the wireless carrier has ever experienced. T-Mobile said in a statement that between Friday and Monday, preorders for the iPhone 7 were nearly four times higher than the next most popular iPhone model. Apple announced last week that it would no longer disclose its own preorder sales numbers.
