Shares of SVMK (SVMK) , the parent company of SurveyMonkey, surged over 50% amid its Nasdaq debut Wednesday.

Tim Maly, the company's CFO, highlighted SVMK's strong cash flow, sparked by its subscription model, as a key driver of profitability going forward. The 19 year old company is not yet profitable. 

SurveyMonkey has 60 million users.
