The Supreme Court returns to the bench this week, with labor and employment cases on tap for its new term. In Young v. United Parcel Service, former UPS worker Peggy Young alleges the company violated the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, which requires that employers treat pregnant women the same as other employees.
