"Breaking Bad's" Bryan Cranston stars in the ad, which sees the actor remake the "Here's Johnny!" scene from the movie, "The Shining." Cranston plays the Jack Nicholson character, Jack Torrance, in that horrific scene where he's trying to kill his wife. In the version spoofed here, Cranston offers her a Mountain Dew and her life is spared.
Pepsi's other brands will also have a big presence in this years Super Bowl ad war frenzy. Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar and Doritos are other brands in the portfolio that will have star studded casts at this year's big game.

Pepsi, the company that distributes Mountain Dew, has bought advertising at 34 of the 53 Super Bowls played since the inception of the game.
It has produced 92 different commercials for a 3,780 combined seconds of television advertising, according to AdAge. In total it has spent $289.5 million (adjusted for inflation).
