Major U.S. markets were mixed but little moved in midday trading Friday after the government's jobs report showed that the economy created less jobs than were expected. The unemployment rate, however fell in October to a six-year low. The blue chips are being weighed down by Walt Disney (DIS). Shares were down around 3%. The company met earnings expectations and closed at a record Thursday. Shares of Abercrombie and Fitch (ANF) are down sharply after the company said its third quarter sales declined more than expected. Sears is soaring, up about 34%. The retailer said it's considering forming a real estate investment trust in order to rev up its balance sheet.
