Stocks Are At Record Highs but Here Is How to Find Buying Opportunities

Stocks are trading at record highs, but that doesn't mean there aren't opportunities out there. "There's a lot of really solid fundamental underpinnings to this market to base this market off of," said Carol Schleif, deputy chief investment officer at Abbot Downing, adding that these themes were in place even before the election.
