Steve Mnuchin has been tapped to be Treasury Secretary in the Trump administration, joining a long line of ex-bankers who have held the role of the nation's top money man. Mnuchin joined the Trump campaign last spring, and has helped craft the President-elect's proposal to cut taxes. Mnuchin spent 17 years as a banker at Goldman Sachs and now runs a hedge fund. Unlike other treasury secretaries, he's also put his money behind some big name Hollywood movies, include Suicide Squad and American Sniper. Two other former Treasury Secretaries - Henry Paulson and Robert Rubin - also hailed from Goldman Sachs. TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler has more from Wall Street.
