We sat down with tech guru Mark Douglas, CEO of Steelhouse to talk about the death of the big ad agencies, connected tv, the Comcast Sky deal and why Nielsen ratings are no longer relevant.

Mark Douglas is president and CEO Steelhouse, a company that provides clients like Travelocity (EXPE) - Get Report , Advanced Auto Parts (AAP) - Get Report  and Overstock (OSTK) - Get Report  the ability to place ads at the right time with the exact person, without having to employ a major ad agency.  All thanks to algorithms and artificial intelligence.

Even cooler, Douglas learned about the importance of a good corporate culture from Oracle's (ORCL) - Get Report Larry Ellison.  As a result, Douglas gives his employees a 3-day weekend every month and drops money in their investment accounts.
