SRI International Spinoff Kasisto Brings Mobile Banking to Life

If you're overwhelmed by personal banking, a new tool can help. Kasisto is a plug-in that brings Siri to your mobile banking app. The company is a spinoff of SRI International, the firm behind Siri, the eponymous technology on Apple's iPhone. Kasisto is very knowledgeable about banking. If you say something like, 'I would like to pay my credit card,' it actually knows that a credit card has a minimum payment and it will ask you if you'd like to pay the minimum of the full amount,' said Dror Oren, Kasisto's co-founder. TheStreet's Scott Gamm speaks with Oren at SXSW in Austin, Texas for a preview of how the tool works.
