Amazon  (AMZN) - Get Inc. Report founder and CEO Jeff Bezos announced he is stepping down, and with new leadership some are expecting increased interest in sports broadcasting rights from the new regime. 

Newly-named Amazon CEO Andy Jassy is part owner of the NHL's Seattle expansion team and there is some thought that Amazon could expand Amazon's sports broadcasting as it looks to increase the reach of its Prime streaming service. 

Sportico's Corey Leff joined TheStreet to talk about why he isn't sure that sports broadcasting moves the needle enough for a company with more than $36 billion in EBITDA last year.
