President Moon takes office at a time when tension are rising between South Korea and North Korea, something that he has indicated will be his top priority. At his inauguration, the new President said he'll do everything he can to build peace, declaring: "If needed I will fly to Washington immediately. I will also go to Beijing and Tokyo and even Pyongyang in the right circumstances."
