Some 16 Walmart (WMT) - Get Report locations in Canada will no longer accept Visa (V) - Get Report credit cards starting on October 24 amid disputes over fees. Walmart has more than 400 locations throughout Canada. Shares of Visa were largely flat on Thursday. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
