The 2016 presidential election is cementing the fears of small business owners, according to a new survey from Bank of America. 'After several small business owner reports over the last few years, we've seen steady increases in optimism, but we hit a wall [this year],' said Robb Hilson, small business executive at Bank of America, based in Miami. 'People are most concerned about effectiveness of government leaders, health care and volatility in the stock market.' This year, these worried have been amplified thanks to presidential politics. 'Two-thirds of respondents expect the presidential outcome to affect their business either a lot or the some,' he added. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
