SiFy CEO on IBM's Miss, Women and Hiring in Silicon Valley

Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY) operates managed enterprise, network, IT and software services in India. The company plans to expand in the U.S. and employ talent in America to work on some of their signature clients that could include Hewlett-Packard (HP), Compuware, Hitachi, Microsoft (MSFT) and Citrix. Siyfy's chairman and CEO, Raju Vegesna talked about women working in the tech sector and shared his thoughts on incentives from Facebook (FB) and Apple (AAPL) including egg freezing to recruit female talent. Vegsna also gave his insight on why IBM's disappointing earnings is a bellwether for the sector. TheStreet's Susannah Lee reports from New York.
