Just two weeks after OPEC agreed to production cuts, fresh data released Tuesday shows the cartel produced at record levels in September. Production rose by 160,000 barrels a day to 33.64 million. Prices for West Texas Intermediate crude slipped Tuesday, to $50.98 a barrel. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
