Some are questioning whether you can call this latest market run a "Trump rally."
Barry Ritholtz, the founder and chief investment officer at Ritholtz Wealth Management, points out that the market has been in rally mode for the past six years and it was likely to continue no matter who was elected.
He was speaking at TheStreet's live panel "How Investors Can Win," a discussion with Larry Siegel, director of research at the CFA Institute Research Foundation.
Ritholtz warned that "a Trump Administration is going to try to cut taxes, and with a Republican House and Senate, will probably succeed. But cutting spending is much harder."
