The personal care products sector could be poised for a breakout, according to some stock chart reading by TheStreet. Two Dow companies -- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - Get Report and Procter & Gamble (PG) - Get Report - look to be ending their consolidation phase, and this potentially could be the start of a period where those stocks rally. The stocks are showing improving pricing momentum. Several other stocks are retesting key resistance levels and look ready to break out, including Colgate-Palmolive (CL) - Get Report and Kimberly Clark (KMB) - Get Report .
