As the S&P 500 fell to its lowest in two months, shares of Apple sank on Thursday making it TheStreet's Move of the Day. The tech giant tumbled after a software glitch, leaving new iPhone 6 owners unable to make any calls and even affecting the fingerprint-ID function. The company was forced to withdraw the update to its new iOS 8 mobile software and announced it would soon release an updated version in the coming days. Also, the iPhone 6 Plus phone has come under fire following customer complaints that its 5.5-inch screens bend in their pockets after sitting for a while. Social media dubbed the problem 'Bendgate' as Apple watched its shares fall on heavy trading volume Thursday.
