The Senate Majority Leader has had to delay a vote on the 'repeal-and-replace' bill. McConnell made the move after Senator McCain returned to Arizona to recover from surgery. Passage of the bill was already challenging, with two Senate Republicans opposed the McConnell proposal
The delay will give the CBO extra time to score the latest version of healthcare reform.
