U.S. Stocks are rebounding big after the worst start to the new year in 6 years. The markets' performance in the past couple years have been surprisingly good and that's leaving some investors feeling less confident. Liz Miller is the president of Summit Place Financial Advisors and still thinks the U.S. economy is 'one of the most durable economies in the globe right now.' Miller says she's overweight consumer driven sectors like technology and retail. Falling oil prices strengthen her views on the economy. Miller looks to history to make her case saying, 'oil plunged below $30 a barrel in the early 90s and remained at low prices for years.'
