There's a European manhunt going for the 3rd bomber in the Brussels attacks. A Belgium newspaper is reporting that the 3rd suspect has been captured but there is not confirmation of that from authorities. The 2 other bombers blew themselves up during the explosions. Meanwhile, a cab driver provided key information to police. He took the bombers and their luggage to the airport and provided the pick up address to authorities after the explosions took place.
