San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer says his top priority is making sure the city's infrastructure works. Faulconer's latest budget plan calls for 50 percent of the city's tax revenue to be reinvested in infrastructure. San Diego is the eighth largest city in the United States. It's also one of the biggest naval hubs along the western seaboard. Faulconer said the navy's presence in San Diego is also important from an 'innovation economy perspective.' The city also has the longest border between the U.S. and Mexico and Faulconer says, 'I’m a strong proponent of immigration reform...We are creating good quality jobs on both sides of the border and that only benefits our economy.' TheStreet's Ruben Ramirez has details from New York.
