Sallie Krawcheck: Success and Hard Work Are Highly Correlated

Former Citigroup (C) - Get Report CFO Sallie Krawcheck has some career advice for women starting out on Wall Street: work hard. "I have found that success and hard work tend to be pretty highly correlated," said Krawcheck, who also served as CEO of Smith Barney and CEO of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She is now CEO of Ellevest and author of the new book Own It: The Power of Women at Work. Krawcheck also recommends the research analyst position for those with high hopes of working in finance.
