Russian Warship Lurking, Again, Off the East Coast

The spy ship Vicktor Lenov has been spotted again! This time, it is off the coast of Georgia. This is the second time in a month the Russian submarine has resurface. The most recent sighting was just 23 miles south of U.S. Naval Submarine Base King's Bay. Prior to that, it was also spotted off the Connecticut. Report say that the Russian spy vessel stopped in Havanna, Cuba for a fuel stop before returning to U.S. waters.
