Russia and China Sign Mega Gas Deal Worth $400 Billion

The $400 billion, 30-year natural gas deal signed Wednesday between Russia and China could reshape the energy landscape according to Senior Energy Contributor Dan Dicker in a conversation with Jim Cramer.
