More than 200 people have fallen sick on two Royal Caribbean cruise ships with the Norovirus. The two ships were to be disinfected in San Diego, according to the CDC. The first ship affected, the Celebrity Infinity, departed San Diego in March 29th. That was just after Royal Caribbean saw a huge gain in its stock price after Carnival Cruise lines reported positive results for the fiscal first quarter. All cruise lines have benefited from more passengers and lower fuel prices. Royal Caribbean has planned to add two more ships to its fleet and undergo a major expansion into China. Royal Caribbean reports earnings April 23rd.
